When we see clearly, we can make better decisions. The more we can see, from every angle, even what we don’t like, the more we can consider, and this will help us make choices that encompass more and will therefore produce better results.
When I started, I had something that I wanted to share, and the desire to write would not leave me. And so, reluctantly, I started writing about what I knew best: my work.
A company’s structure is often unseen, yet it is the skeleton that holds everything together and gives a company its shape.
Learning how to do something once is only half the story – the real gold is in improving these skills every day. We can improve everywhere – not just at work but also personally.
Unexpectedly, you will have those moments of remembering the why and ground yourself in the grandness of your vision.
Find joy in the intensity and flow of your work. You will find that what you do will be that much more enjoyable.
The point is to get out of your comfort zone and find something new, often. You never know, you might find a new career or a new best friend. Sure, exploring takes time and effort, but the rewards can be life-changing.
Each year is an opportunity to take a step back, reflect on the prior year, and start afresh with new ideas and a new direction. Take the time to look back on 2022. And then let’s turn the page and start 2023, so that this year may be your strongest yet!
I still have lots of work to do, because we are onions with many different layers, and I can’t wait to see what other gifts I will find as I continue to grow and evolve.
If the change is permanent, then take the time to change your routine again. It might take some work and might even be jarring but remember that the time you invest now in creating a great routine will be the secret sauce to your success.
